Introduction

I am Simon Alvarado. I am not a career politician. I am an American that has proven his allegiance to the United States of America through military service. I did not choose to go to war and become disabled from my injuries in battle. However, that is my story. I chose, as my father did, to answer the call to place the future of this country before my own life. I must answer a different call today. I am alarmed at the risk to the futures of my children and grandchildren to the political whims that pollute our halls of Congress.

You can read about my campaign as the race to the end begins during my drive in these last 40 days.

As a write-in candidate, I will not appear as affiliated with a political party on your November election ballot. For too long we, the American people, have been pulled in one of two extremes: left or right, conservative or liberal, red or blue. Let me repeat, I am at American. I am running for Congress to represent the majority of the rest of us in the new congressional district 35.

When you go to vote, ask “How do I cast my vote for Simon?” – when you finally get to the electronic ballot, here’s what you will do: Write-In Simon
